who starts putting up decorations in october? neither! they’re celebrating halloween first but petra’s lowkey excited for christmas.who buys the advent calendars? petra gets them for jane and the kids :)who places mistletoes all around the house? neither, i think?who wraps the presents for other people? probably jane while petra looks after the kids.who puts the final star/angel on the top of the christmas tree? the kids take turns. mateo, and then elsa, and then anna, and then mateo again etc.who’s the one that hates eggnog? oieurt yells i have no idea. who’s the one that bakes christmas cookies for guests? neither :)) no home-baked cookies for guests sorry!who sends out the christmas cards? probably jane?who knows all the words to twelve days of christmas? jane oerutoeiut, petra learns it eventually. who’s the better snowman builder? does it even snow in miami? google says it’s unlikely. so neither probs.who starts snowball fights? no snow, how sad. but if there were, probably jane.who’s the one that wakes the other on christmas morning by playing christmas songs really loudly? the kids. anna sings the loudest icb her.

😜 …someone who makes my muse laugh.

ok there are a lot of people that can manage to make brooke laugh, but i’m not gonna go canon & instead go with things i’ve rped on here & there’s one muse sticking out in my mind. trina vega ( @ineffablefates ) makes brooke laugh sO MUCH !! she’s a hella friend & brooke finds her & her antics hilarious – & not like so many others do in a mocking way. she genuinely thinks she’s just a funny & brilliant & talented individual !!

              With the afternoon rush slowing to a crawl, it was nearly time for the end of his shift. While the antipathy Greg felt towards his job at the bar was hardly a secret, the constant flow of activity over the last couple of hours had provided a much-needed change of focus ---- and although the changes he had gone through over the past month had been positive for the most part, it was relieving to get hold of a sense of normalcy again. There were still some loose ends that needed to be taken care of, however. Clearing off one of the corner tables, he carries a pair of dirty glasses with him behind the bar. ❝ Hey, ❞ he nods, giving Heather a glance as he sets the two glasses down beside the sink. There’s an awkward beat between his words before he continues, giving the counter a quick tap. ❝ So --- I was thinking. Since things are, you know, cool between us now, we should hang out more often. ❞ The words sounded strange --- almost pathetic --- coming from his mouth. Creating a divide was one thing; rebuilding a friendship was harder. He’d already made one pitiful attempt at an apology, but who knew how much that was worth. ❝ Maybe...today, after work ?  We could grab something to eat. My treat this time. ❞
