patronus— what is their patronus? what memory would they use? how strong is it?
As you might imagine - Kaz’s patronus is incredibly weak. He has a very difficult time making one because even his most positive memories are touched with some of his trauma. He starts out trying with memories of the first time he turned a profit, or of when he first held his cane. Or fantasizing about Pekka’s head on a pike. None of those worked. He then went to try times with Jordie, but those memories only made it worse, and what had been maybe forming into a shape became even less of one, his sadness overwhelming any feelings of positivity. Finally, he tried one memory and even though the patronus stayed very weak, it created the form of a crow.
The crow is very resourceful, ambitious, and cunning. Once they set a goal, they always seem to get what they’re after. Crows are also fearless. Regardless of what sort of creature they find in the way of their goal, they will do anything they can to overpower it. They are also very smart and have been observed using tools to achieve their means.
The patronus finally took form after he recalled the first time he saw Inej laugh.

Citrus. The furthest possible thing from the city, something different and altogether separate from the rest of the world he knew. Kaz could also smell sandalwood, and perhaps chalk - like the kind that an acrobat might use.
