Who ya gonna call (Old School Sunday ep 7)
Dominate Left Handers
Thinking Topic: People being left hand dominate
Left handed making up close to 5-10% of the Earth wide population they are the minority. With the right handed being the majority there is a huge bias in today’s society towards right handed. Examples would include scissors, student desks with the arm going in the right direction, mugs (writings on the mug tends to face the wrong way if held with left hand), spiral notebooks having the spiral on the LEFT side, credit card swiping always have the card swipe on the right, having to find a “left” handed baseball mitt, and the last major one I can think of, having Silver Surfer hands(where your left hand gets full of pencil lead/pen ink while writing because we in English write left to right)
While some may think these examples or this topic is pointless, well let me tell you here at TheThinkingTechnique we think about topics, and never overlook each and everyone.
The left handed are a interesting study because with them practically the same genetic makeup as right handed studies have shown that the two different dominate handed people, the left and right handed think differently and their mannerisms can sometimes be associated with what their dominate hand is.
Left Hand Control tends to have: Emotional Expression, Spatial Awareness, Musically Inclined, Creativity, Imagination, Dimension, Better at Whole Picture Idea, and Left handed use their right side of the brain more often than the left side.
Right Hand Control tends to have: Writing Skills, Language Skills, Scientific Skills, Mathematically Inclined, More Organized, More Logical, and Right handed use their left side of the brain more often the right side.
That concludes this think tank, thanks for reading and follow if you want the most interesting and up-to-date topics about anything.

Researches at Harvard University has created a new fuel solution, known as the “artificial leaf.”
Researches at Harvard University has created a new fuel solution, known as the “artificial leaf.” A new artificial photosynthesis system was created that can make fuel. It is a bionic leaf that can turn sunlight into liquid fuel, also known as the “artificial leaf.” This artificial leaf uses nothing more than solar power, air, water and bacteria. The power of the sun and helpful bacteria are put together to create fuel, which is easy to operate and make your own fuel from home. The reason it can be used at home, is the artificial leaf is “looks basically like a jar with wires coming out of it.” According to the article, “the system uses a catalyst, cobalt phosphate, which can split water into hydrogen and oxygen when it's in sunlight,” thus creating the fuel and power needed to fuel future vehicles. But in order for this system to work, electric cars has to be a successful thing of the future. The article states that "Our infrastructure is built around fossil-based fuels, we have a centralized distribution system, and hydrogen is not compatible with the current infrastructure." Meaning this product isn’t fitting with the current infrastructure. If researches continue with this project, it can help fuel cars without producing large amounts carbon dioxide, making it a healthier and renewable project. This could help lead society into a new era, where we switch over to a renewable and easy- going source. For further interest, watch the YouTube link attached. Reference: Peters, A. 2016.
