WHAT KIND OF QUESTION IS THAT? like how do I answer??? I mean I was raised if u r trying to hurt me or my family I shoot first ask questions later (and im a pretty good aim) But I mean it depends on the situation if they kill the person in self defense then they're innocent. If they kill them bc they slept with their wife then they're not innocent...so erm...politics...? Im not good with stuff...
