So, funny thing: we have noticed there was an inconsistency in age and school year choice in some of the applications we have accepted that we completely neglected. We were so caught up with the many other details and technicalities, that we forgot to check this crucial thing because we obviously suck!
If you have been previously accepted, please check your IMs to see if we sent you a message addressing this. You won’t have to resend your application, since the mistake was on us, but please answer the question we make so we can clear everything up!
Also, to avoid future confusion, we have updated the system page section with the year of birth each grade should typically be on, in addition to the age range (provided the student isn’t late or early in grades).
Again, so sorry, this really is so embarrassing and we want to hide forever! But we beg your forgivess and patience, lowly amphibians that we are, crawling from the lake of Regret, at your feet. Thank you.

Checking in to appease the curious friends lurking in out inbox right now: we will be announcing our reopening date later today, most likely around 10PM GMT! Thank you so much to those who have sent in their applications so promptly (sorry if we’re being caught a little off guard), we can’t wait to finally reactivate our spooky home.
Just an extra note to those waiting for an answer in the IMs -- we haven’t forgotten about you and we’ll get back to you later today, we just didn’t have a lot of time to put things up to date yet. We really do appreciate your patience!

On this note, if you can please add sports and club calls to your reservations and sort them out ahead of applying, that would be really nice! If the extracurricular you want is maxed out before you turn in your application, we will have to ask you to change your option.
