the most toxic fans would probably be

UW (because Blake isn't shy about making the industry an enemy of theirs so the fans would feel like everyone is an enemy)

MA (because of sheer size and G Reign parasocialism)

SV ( because Seven's anger and hurt would probably produce such an overprotective, highly sensitive fandom that even making Sev jokes would be a problem aha)

and then, as it always goes, a random offhand band like MIA or The Painkillers that are nice but just have a wildly terrible fandom for no reason lolol

its grammy nomination day and its been over a decade since Misfit Alley was nominated for their first grammy(s) for ROTY, AOTY, Best Rock Performance, Best New Artist, and Best Rock Album 😌

They ended up winning BNA, ROTY & Best Rock Album. They lost Album of the Year their first year which G was particularly bummed about but ended up winning years later ! (MC sees the picture in the prologue).

well yes haha because judges and audience judge and vote based on how good a performance is (as well as the song but the performance weighs more in people's minds) so mc and all the other bands would have to put everything aside to give the performance of their life, even if the song sucks. in fact if the song sucks that's even more of a reason to perform well because you need to compensate.

botb wouldn't tell them to write another. a bad song would be gold for ratings and engagements

think about a song that you think has corny/bad lyrics but is ultimately catchy or fun to sing along to. a good performer/the execution makes all the difference!

i should say, in the 4 seasons botb has been running, bands typically stick to writing coherent songs, even if they're "bad" no one wants to be responsible for nonsense lyrics

Was Velvet Novocaine's season as dramatic as Season 4? Is Season 4 the most 'drama filled?' I just love hearing about lore from the Infamous universe!

Season 4 is the most dramatic so far and is definitely going to end up being the most watched season. It'll probably set a precedent for the rest of the seasons moving forward.

Velvet Novocaine were peaceful on their season and didn't have much drama at all. As far as seasons go, season 4 is definitely the least about music. BOTB was always about drama but there is a shift in how much importance the music part is getting on this season. At the end of the day it is meant to be about music (even though we know it's not).

The other seasons didn't have ex-bandmates (Seven x MC) or drama between the sponsoring band and contestants (Blake x G/MC x G) so those subplots are pretty popular with the viewership. Season 4 has taken over social media, that's for sure.

I like Infamous lore too :) I don't talk about details like that as much. I should!

have misfit alley or g hosted any award shows?because i can definitely see them at the vmas

no shshjshs I can see g being a fun host but it's too much responsibility so G would never take that job. they bring a flask and drink in the audience between commercials the last thing they need is to be responsible with keeping a show together lolol

Hmm good question! I don’t think sweep every time but they definitely don’t usually go home empty handed. MA not winning anything comes off as a surprise more than anything else but it’s happened, just rarely.
