WIP #2 | SPLASH
Making the swimsuits took a little longer than I thought because I decided to make them for infant-child 😄. Really glad I did, the baby zip-up is one of my favorites from the whole pack. I don't have a separate full image of everything included cause i didn't feel like it, but just know there are 42 pieces total including the 3 swatch variations (patterned, striped, and plain)
18 Items for child - 2 different length trunks, 1 rashguard, 1 swimtop, 1 swim bottom, 1 full body swimsuit
15 for toddler - 1 trunks, 1 swimtop, 1 swim bottom, 1 rashguard, 1 full body swimsuit
9 for infant - 1 short sleeve swimsuit, 1 long sleeve swimsuit, 1 tank strap swimsuit
I wanted every thing to be able to mix and match as much as possible, which is why theres so many different pieces. All the patterns and colors are the same for all ages. I tried to get everything as close as possible but there is some slight variation here and there. It's hard to make it match perfectly when theres so many assets all across different ages. I wish the pattern ones had more swatches, but I had to stop at 22 because gimp kept crashing with 11 tabs open simultaneously 😅
I believe I'm still on track for the end of the month, theres 5 more simple things I want to make that shouldn't take long. Then I need to tag everything properly and test it in game. I also want to convert a few shirts for toddlers and infants, but I'm going to prioritize finishing the child items, and if need be, make a mini part 2 in August for toddlers and infants.
