I had a mini fiasco a few weeks ago and deleted my entire Sims 3 folder. Recovered like 70% of my CC and restarted my mods, but lost all my saves and sims🥲. Anyway, I created these girls to populate my Sims bin and decided to share them for download.

Sims are .package, so CC is included. Just place them into the Mods/Packages folder (or CC magic).

Use them as base sims, to populate worlds, or play them as is. I don't really care, just don't claim as your own !

Elementary School for small business by Karie-on

My first build, I can't believe it. I can't build at all so this was a huge challenge for me. It's a very simple building without any cc, dont judge me I've never build from scratch so it isn't perfect but I'm kind of proud of it so I wanted to share it maybe someone makes use of it :). I built it for a small business to be a elementary teacher in my Silent Pines save. This build can be downloaded on my gallery (swinki4). I also created a cute teacher that is available on my gallery, she's perfect for this school and is without any cc as well.

ps. Cafeteria stand is not functional because I made mistake and instead of a stand from High school years I placed the one from Discover University, just replace it.
