March 23: We still use the classic EC hold over the toilet, so this is just her practicing sitting down and getting up again (with help as she’s not walking quite yet) on the standalone potty 😊
This morning, Nina crawled over to me when I was in the kitchen and looked up at me saying "poo poo". And she actually went for a big poo in the toilet💩!!! Amazing!!!! 😃🙏🏼😘 She’s been saying an increasing number of words these past few weeks, and has been saying “poo poo” for a while, but it has also meant “I just did a wee in my training pants”, or “I need a wee”. On Monday she told me she needed a wee when we were in a taxi to her doctor’s appointment. I asked her to wait til we get there and she did! She waited about 10 mins or so and went for a wee in the toilet when we arrived at the doc’s. Here she is wearing her newest “Learn” training pants that match Jack’s undies 😊 So proud of her and thankful for our EC journey.
Dec 14: Nina has been refusing to use her potty (typical, as her new top hat potty from Kickstarter just arrived last week ☺️). She now insists on going in the bathroom like everyone else. She also now crawls to the bathroom when she needs to go. Nina, you are really something 😊👏🏼
