"y'know, back when i registered to be a fixer, i didn't expect a company t'swoop me up so fast. hadn't even done a proper fixer job before i was told i was gonna be a 'sinner'."
hestia sat beside dante, offering a slightly sheepish smile. perhaps that was part of the reason why she felt pretty intimidated by most of the other sinners. meanwhile, with dante having lost their memories, she almost felt...a sense of kinship? their situations weren't exactly the same, but similar enough.
"still, it's been kind of...exciting, i guess! ya really learn a lot about yerself when you're thrown headfirst into these things..."
Well, under any circumstances this behavior would be considered cruel, yet right now it's particularly cruel. Acting as if you are a ghost and tormenting a single random human that caught your eye. It was amusing in some manner, watching them work in this little shop with unfamiliar devices while talking to people. Everyone was... strange, yet you do not for a single stop your act. How else are you supposed to have fun when a certain Sage isn't keeping an eye on you? (Though you know for a fact if Cain found you doing this, he'd scold you. It'd be an absolute bother and would ruin your fun.)
You've even gone and learned this person's name in the time you've been here. You can't read the menu, nor the name tag they wear, but you've heard a few people say it. As you float behind them, hands coming up over their shoulders to rest right under their chin as they look forward. Whispering in their ear despite they are the only one who can even see and hear you in this shop right now. You make sure your touch is faint against their skin, making it truly seem as if you are a ghost.
❛ Working so hard again... Are you really going to keep ignoring me~? That's pretty rude. I'm so lonely... ❜
《 @toktic / @infere asked 》 : ❛ you look really pretty right now. ❜ you know what this is for.
➣ . Vergilius sighed. Inhale .... exhale .... a release of tension which he dragged out as bid for further time to compose himself. Unwilling to let it show how deep those words pierced him. From anyone else, it could have come off as satire.
If only he didn't know how pointedly earnest the manager could be. If only they hadn't said it when his mind was warring for control against the heat in his guts && the all-encompasing sense of fullness of Dante's strap nestled deep within him.
" You have... a peculiar sense of aesthetics, Dante, " the guide huffed, breathless, faint amusment laced within his tone poorly hid how strained each syllable was as they passed reddened lips, sore && aching from how hard && how long he'd been biting on them.
A redness that appeared to be destined to remain as matching to his eyes' hues. Once more, Vergilius found the need to sink his teeth into them as to prevent his own breath from betraying him, his words having earned him a harsh snap of their hips drawn together, pushing in even deeper. Each salacious sound forced to die choked within his throat as his gaze faltered, struggling to remain steady as once more he was granted a near punishing pace — it ought to be concerning just how well the manager knew him.
Silence who's control Dante continued to covet for as they reached out && cupped his face so tenderly in contrast to how hard they were thrusting into him, stealing his last remaining threads of reason which warned him to show greater resistence, only to fall on deafened ears as he found himself parting his lips without hesitation the moment the manager ran their thumb over them.
" Haah— "
It was a gasp he couldn't fully swallow with his mouth fallen open, forced open as they pressed their fingers down on his tongue && had their taste flood him. Staking claim to both his body && his senses, threatening to overwhelm him with how surrounded he was by Dante. Quiet, breathless gasps, strained noise with hardly an origin, finally pouring out of him, forced out of him, with each thrust of their hips pushing relentlessly inside of him as their hand worked in tandem. All with the goal of unravelling him.
What a sight he must be.
Deubached, undoubtably. With his legs spread open && the manager so comfortably at home in between them. Spit gradually pooling down his mouth and down his jaw as Dante continued to play freely with his tongue && teeth. His face, strained as he tried to retain control, and yet, his attempts at remaining steady slipping out of his grip as lust continued to cloud his vision, lidding his eyes, leaving him chasing after every part of them they were willing to offer.
Vergilius groans from deep within his chest, a name that's half hiddened && yet far too familiar for either of them to pretend not to understand it.
❛ What a pathetically curious creature you are~ ❜ You can tell instantly that this is someone or something that was brought to life by the powers of the Calamity... but, what is it? It's hard to even determine. Human like body, yet missing a human head. Such a thing isn't unheard of. Those two geniuses have made dolls before that lack a human head. Though...
❛ Can you talk~? You don't seem aggressive. Maybe if you are cute enough the others will decide not to kill you. Maybe they'll even keep you~ ❜ You are used to most of the things that the Calamity brings to life being very animalistic or childlike. Having childish whims and wants or being aggressive and blood thirsty. There has been a few exceptions... And all of those exceptions are usually with dolls.
Creepy.
❛ Or maybe you want to find your owner? Though they are probably dead, unless that annoying man made you... ❜
"a lot better. thanks." hestia offers dante a smile, before giving a nod as if to emphasize her words. she truly did feel a lot better than yesterday, although admittedly, getting one's ass kicked by the headless ichthys is never a fun time.
she shrugs, sighing. "the mirror dungeons seem t'be shifting a lot more lately. i know we fought ol' baba yaga the time before last, and that ol' lady was aggressive as fuuuuck." she gives a tilt of her head. "have you been noticin' it too?"
@infere replied to your post “if nick were actually in the game the amount of...”:
is his eye being fully covered a way to note he's lying or is it less than that? i think this is such a fun idea
by default his eye is fully covered to indicate hes not a very honest person in general yeah! its a play on the fact that hes an unreliable narrator in the novel. though its not out of malice hes just generally very repressed and dishonest w his feelings
