Her assistance? It wasn't like her to turn down a person in need of help in the first place, no matter how minor a request it may be, but oh, that specification of her assistance in specific worked wonders...! Attention caught, even before hearing out the details, her head nods politely; the barest hint of exuberance in the motion. "Very well. If someone like myself would suffice, then—"
...Ah. This certainly wasn't a task of 'utmost importance' but, she listens with the same amount of attention as she would with any other. Given the unseriousness of it, however, she doesn't find it inappropriate to bluntly voice out deadpan comments such as:
"You have no such obligation to do so."
"The youth? Dazai-san, please speak for yourself. I believe I would be considered part of that demographic." ( Note: Osamu Dazai is only two years older than Hakuno Kishinami )
"I do not recall being your student, nor being taught anything."
"Is this truly necessary?"
Peculiar as it was, it was do-able, really, up until the point where it had her own preferences taken into consideration.
Perfect stance is rigid for an instance, her expression remains unreadable. When she next speaks, she makes sure to keep the tone light and frivolous. "That's a funny idea." Strange. Odd. "Courting? Me?" What a bad joke. "I can't imagine it at all..." Mumbled absentmindedly, her head lightly, shakes as though subconsciously rejecting the mere thought of it.
To feel so strongly for someone that you would go out of your way to to seek their affections— Such a thing was surely impossible for Hakuno Kishinami, who lacked such human feelings in the first place.
Caramel eyes turn to him, eyes narrowing just slightly. You, of all people, would know that.
"...And, do you really think you could teach me something like that?"
Her voice and her gaze, was just a little cold.
