Hidden away in a place unknown, where not even the flames of the infernal realm could reach, a tall figure stood. It was difficult to make out their features, the void around them blanketing them in such enigma.

Before them, glittering embers gently flowed in a peaceful waltz. They were small, tiny, quick yet graceful.

The figure simply watched, the dim light granted by the flickering embers warming their features. However, it would only be enough to reveal a pleasant smile on their face.

Satisfied with what they had witnessed, they turned away, expression once more consumed by darkness, walking back towards what seemed to be the unknown.

The embers continued to dance, floating innocently, emitting enough light to reveal one small part of a familiar mark upon a surface.
