Mungkin spesifiknya pada wanita yang obesitas (indeks massa tubuh di atas 24,9 kg/m2 untuk kategori Asia) yang sudah ada penelitiannya, jadi bukan sekadar overweight biasa. Pada kondisi obesitas, adanya ketidakseimbangan hormon dapat mempengaruhi kesuburan.
