Taking some test shavings in the reclaimed teak... my BJS infill plane is ideal for the difficult reversing grain and is leaving a mirror like surface. Now this is a nice set up 😃👍 #Repost @oliver_sparks_maker Feeling very English today. I'm working on a bench made by @arnold_richard, holding the workpiece in my fabulous Ad-Vice by Douglas of Coats England (toolmaker version naturally). A small OSM mitre plane set for medium cuts, the larger mitre plane for finish cuts. A brass square by Richard Kell and to top it off, said workpiece is local grown Boxwood.
