Shout out to @infinitebody in Philly for being extremely trans friendly. I got my cartilage pierced and it was a great experience

A) the form had a place for preferred name and pronouns

B) they only used that name and pronouns for me

C) when they looked me up in their database bc I've been a customer before I told them it was under a different name. Instead of making me say it, they looked it up by phone number and then told me they'd change the name for me. Honestly the best way I've ever had anyone handle that

Plus they are just super great with everything, and I had an awesome experience.

Names and pronouns don't bother me as much as they do for some other people, but feeling affirmatively supported is a great feeling by itself, and it was nice to not have to deal with that. A+
