@askv3merli shows Cyva how to tune up her system
I just got my wisdom tooth removed, but I forgot to ask the dentist to give me the tooth 😔 biggest regret of my life (because I have priorities)
#team_antagonists
"Intelligence / teamwork is cheating", my take
(not talking about the morality rn btw)
When Antagonist overpowers Protagonist by putting them in an "unfair fight" (stripping them off their powers, causing hallusinations, with numbers, etc), people will accuse Anta of cheating. "If it wasn't for (e.g.) a certain device, they'd never win", "Prot is so much stronger than Anta". But aren't you calling intelligence and team work cheating then? I thought we live in a modern world, why is physical strength still considered the ultimate power show?
Well, anwer me this then: compared to an average human, isn't Prot the one who's actually a cheater (in most cases when Prot is the only one with powers / is one of the most powerful)? With all those flashy fancy powers none of averages could even dream of, stronger than anyone... Isn't Anta just making the field even?
I've always found interesting how quick people claimed such methods "unfair", as if Anta hasn't worked to perfect them, actually spent time on it. That can be decades of knowledge, practise, failed tests and experiments, upgrades, yet is still claimed to be cheating
Well... Even if it is, I don't really care. The point of the fight - to win? It's not a duel with written rules to follow, it's a fight between ideas
Also, if Prot does the same to Anta, they will be called smart and strategic
So you think "beep boop" is gonna become a slur when AI becomes sentient? And we will be judging kids who marry AI, saying smth like "marriage is something only humans can experience"?
