1. Where is home for you?

In the clouds.  So, essentially, in my dreams...or perhaps my personal Summerland.

2. What is your favourite spiritual item, if not spiritual, just an item in general?

Spiritual item is probably my Hecate's wheel amulet I combined chains with to also hang my encircled Faerie star.  Although, my new bail that I can change the different stone donuts for is likely coming to overshadow that.  My stone collection is as well...

3. What is your favourite kind of tea?

Right now, wild berry zinger from Celestial Seasonings.  Any kind of strongly tasting berry, raspberry or orange particularly, is wonderful to me.

4. What is your favourite kind of art?

I don't really know, honestly.  Anything colourful and strikes me as aesthetically pleasing, or inspires some sort of thought process.  I have no particular requirements, really.

5. Tell me the best story you ever heard or have experienced yourself?

The story my driving instructor told me about the guy who took the driving exam 36 times and failed all of them.  He has not heard if he ever did pass.

6. What is your birthstone?

Garnet (January).  I've come to appreciate garnet more recently for its magickal properties and how pretty is can be, but it still bugs me that some months get things like sapphire and ruby, but I get the one described in a book once as "so common you can find it in your backyard".  Kind of always bugged me.

7. What is your Zodiac sign (both Chinese and Astrological Zodiac), and what is your favourite Zodiac sign, even though you may or may not by that zodiac yourself?

Lol, loaded question.

My sun sign is Aquarius, and I was born on the Capricorn-Aquarius cusp.  Which basically tells you I'm a particularly stubborn, albeit extremely innovative, sometimes detached being.

My moon sign is Sagittarius, which paired up with my sun sign makes me quite confused with a short attention span, the need for constant change, and a great fear of routine.

My Chinese zodiac sign is a mystery to me, because in books I am a horse, but if I put my exact birthday into a thing online it tells me snake.  It probably has to do with the Chinese new year being a different time than the typical one, so I'm gonna side on snake.  I don't know too much on what this means for me, unfortunately.

Being an Aquarius, I always find myself to be very fond of my own sign.  I love air signs in general, honestly.  But I have come to appreciate all of the signs in their own rights through using it as a way to build up my characters' personalities.  I might have a more recently growing fondness for Virgos, for some reason though...

8. What is on of your daily rituals?

Daydreaming is probably what I'm doing most of the time.  Sometimes I get paranoid and start worrying that I'm disassociating, but I don't feel like I have a reason for doing so...so I'll just peg it up to "maladaptive daydreaming". Pft.  I'd love to get into better daily rituals, like that journal I keep with me, or drawing more often.

9. Do you believe in ghosts and spirits?

The simple answer is yes, but I have doubts, and it's not something I care to get into.

10. Do you believe you might have a guardian, not just in spirit but from another world? Another astral plain?

I doubt it.  Not because I think it's impossible, but because of my tendency to believe I'm not worth that much trouble and the constant sense that I'm alone.

11. If you can go into any video game universe (e.g. the Pokemon Universe), where would you go, and why?

I'm a masochist, clearly, because I'd totally go to Silent Hill or take up the camera obscura in the Fatal Frame universe, lol.  Although I can cheat and say that since Warhammer 40K has a video game, I'd step right over into that.

I'm really happy with the turn out of this drawing. As you can see from my latest deviations, I have been experimenting with the burn and doge tool when it comes to shading. I took it a step farther this time and decided that I wouldn't draw lines for her nose and mouth and would just use colour and shading to accent her features. I'm so happy I did, this is one of my favourite deviations yet.

2) What character death resonates with you the most deeply?

(SPOILERS FROM DOLLHOUSE AND FIREFLY)

OH HOLY CRAP - There are two that really really got to me. Claire Saunders and Topher Brink from Dollhouse. Claire doesn't really die, per se, but 'Claire' sort of dies? We get Whiskey, and then we get Claire and then we have, like, Whiskey again but sort of Claire? But Claire as we know it is sort of dead and that just 'gahs' at my heart.  Well, Topher dies for sure. That. Hurt. A. Lot. Also, Wash's death really got me since he's one of my favourite characters. I'm not really that good with describing why their deaths hurt, it's more like their lives and now the lack of it hurts? I loved Claire and her dedication and how she wanted to be her own person and her willingness to give herself to a cause and Topher's was my favourite character at his best and at his worst. Wash was just, god, to think. No more dancing dino's on the console. -cries-

3) Think back: what was the first video game you ever owned?

Uh, Do the games that come with systems count? Well, the first game I ever owned was Super Mario Bros. for the Gameboy Colour (mine was the transparent purple kind and I sort of hated it because I wanted the yellow one but now that I look back on it, it was the bomb). I bought a GBC but never owned games, I used to rent them from Blockbuster back when their rates were acceptable. I actually think that was one of the only games I owned for that console - I cannot remember a single memory of another game that I owned (I rented a lot of pokemon and I had an emulator from when they were first coming out on PCs so the memories are a little wonky but I don't think I owned anything else - which is also totally fine because I was well entertained with it - never beat 8-8).

YES I HAVE BEST FRIENDS AND THEY ARE THE BEST AND I LOVE THEM AND NO YOU CAN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE MINE GO AWAY (AND THERE ARE WAY TO MANY TO TELL YOU ABOUT @1AM)

7) Have you ever been in love? If so, tell us about it. If not, would you like to be?

No - I don't ever really think I'll be in-love. I feel things like excitement really well, but things like love and sadness and anger don't come to me. Rarely - I've maybe cried twice during movies (once when Snape died and that scene in Lilo & Stitch when Stitch was being taken away for the first time). That was about it. War Horse didn't make me cry nor did the death of my  Lies, I am recalling the time I cried when my budgies, Albert and Zeo, died. But then that was about an hours worth of cries before I was okay and by okay I mean I wasn't crying anymore and it was a chill night.

8) Favorite weapon?

Deadric Bow from Skyrim and the Helter-Skelter from Final Fantasy XIII. OH! And the Shock Grenade from inFAMOUS.
