Alright, that’s kinda neat. I found an old paper of notes of possible ideas I made about half a year ago when I was re-reading GURPS “Infinity Unlimited”, and wanted to make an RP out of it. It was more for my own sake, and no real game would probably ever be made (as I know nobody that play GURPS in my are).
But I want to transcribe it here in case I loose it and might need it in the future. Also if you guys want to check what goes on in my creative process in a setting that is, effectively, Stargate SG-1 mixed with alternate universe time travels. And a world were Nazis won. And a world with Australian Ethno-Conformist with a hard-on for interventionism.
This is specifically a “TImelost” idea, with the Infinity Unlimited sending a team, the PC’s of course, to a planet with Dinosaurs and Cavemen.

- Infinity sends PC’s to explore a colony that everyone lost contact with.
-TL1 humans. “Shining Spearhead Tribe”, great civilization on the rise: black too. Mix Zulu with Sumerians.
- Advanced Saurians. Stoic, calculating, nomadic, low-tech.
- Neanderthals? Cro-Magnon tribes?
- Lost colony is a science station founded to explore and explain the anachronisms. Continents are different and people live with dinosaurs, pre-humans and Saurians.
* TL0 tribes. TO create variety and possible antagonists/allies.
- Black Shells Tribes. Fishermen to the east of “City” with a tradition to fish shellfish and trilobites - hence the name - often trade with “City” for crafted goods. Generally un-organized, divided in larger family groups.
- Thunder Lizard Tribes. Catch-all name for a group of tribes that devote their society to dinosaurs, always one kind gets their devotion depending on the tribe. Legend has it that all these tribes branched out from the “Thunder Lizard tribe”. The tribes usually stay out of each-others way. They rarely get involved with others and they all are hostile against Saurians.
* The Vanished Ones: Abandoned cities remain with possible parachronic and world-jumping technologies.
