Informal Movie Writeup II

Here’s Part Two of the Pokémon First Movie writeup. Approximately 14Mb.

I’m so sure I’ve forgotten so much I had wanted to say but given that the movie wraps up altogether too quickly I ended up doing the same. I was originally going to talk much more about tone and mood and really break those concepts of identity, belonging, destiny, autonomy and other (which are touched upon in the dialogue yet not really in satisfying detail) down… but I think I would just mostly be repeating what I’d already said in the detailed breakdown? In any case the majority of this thing is done :3 I should probably go back and link the Winds of Water to the ending in better detail rather than just referencing it once in a joking manner, too. 

I must also do something far more fanonical and talk more about Pokémon Tears when I can; but seeing as I’d be taking from other sources than just the US cut dub it’s probably best I do it separately.

Here’s Part One of the Pokémon First Movie writeup, my current Pokémony project I’ve been devoting my time to. It hit 8k words and I figured I would stop there rather than bloat the file even more with my rambles.
