In our past games we’ve actually made ic Twitter accounts !! There was a link to my oc’s one for Zetsubone in the app !! The mascot’s always get an account too, and it’s a nice little side diversion for shits and giggles

it’s completely optional, but the more people we get on, the better!! In universe, it’s built into the cast’s handbooks, it’s just up to them whether they use it or not.

hello hello mod matt reporting on behalf of mod sna!! yes yes thank you for the kind words!!!We’re hoping to get as many apps as we can, so we have some leeway when it comes to picking apps!!! Even 20-ish would give us more options to craft a more well-rounded class!!!But!!!! On the whole, if we only get 16 hopefuls by the time the next deadline hits,I think we’re pretty willing to just jump in, since the mods have been pretty eager to get going. Although!!! That also relies on blacklists, and while it hasn’t been a problem in the slightest at the moment, we have to always keep those in mind!!!

Hi! I'm working on an application and idk if this sounds silly, but this is my first time applying for a fangan ronpa rp. I was wondering if there was anything important to know that a new roleplayer might be unaware of. Thank you for the help <3

If this is your first time, I think you’d be well off checking out our sample app!!! It’s also super super helpful to the mods if you submit your app as a Google Doc link rather than a Text post - it keeps our inbox clean and easy to read!!

Try and remove all the commentary lines that don’t matter, so most of the stuff in brackets, the parts highlighted here:

In terms of game mechanics, I’m mainly stating things based off what I didn’t know going into my first game (and admittedly... I probably should’ve asked more questions www)

In our game, we accept people to volunteer for either victim or murderer, but!! If nobody steps up 3 days into a chapter starting, we leave it up to random ! People have the opportunity to ‘pass’ on being randomly picked, and we have one pass per player! If RNG picks you again... unfortunately it’s game over!

We do things a little bit differently than some groups, because we have costumes and events occurring during the game on a consistent schedule !! (it’s flexible, don’t worry !! Sometimes we extend by a week to accommodate for absences and other such things)

we leave at least 3 days avaliable for class trials, but we do Skype real-time trials, so in reality, we really shouldn’t need more than one day !!

We usually try and accommodate for a time when everyone is free too, the mods are super flexible despite all being british !! ww

I played Selkie in Board Game Despair, Otone in Musical Despair, and Darren in Zetsubone !! I modded in Musical and Zetsu too !! All of us BBG mods were mods in Zetsu !!
