Hey I went and talked about my problems and got theraphy. I know you are in a toxic situation right now which sucks, and I feel for you, but isnt there anyone who you can talk too? Helplines? *hugs*

I’m in therapy right now with a wonderful therapist, the best therapist I’ve ever had. But idk I feel like I’m at a place where I’m so stuck that therapy doesn’t do much. I’ve been in a few online chats and I post on here a lot, which helps. I’ve tried talking about this stuff with people I know but it just feels too personal and they don’t get it.

Therapy and coaching used to help a lot, but it feels like nothing is working right now. I think lot of it has to do with the pandemic, it all feels so uncertain, and I’m very isolated because I’m immune compromised
