Food is hard. Whether you can eat but it hurts, it's inconvenient, you have to convince yourself you need to, or you flat out can't, most of us have a complicated relationship with food.
It's okay to eat what you can, and you're doing a good job! Food doesn't have morals, and the only thing that makes food good or bad is 1. if it is tasty or 2. it contains something your body needs, including salt, fat, and sugar.
It isn't shameful to use meal replacers, to have an ng tube, or to miraculously survive on coffee and cheesepuffs as your body rejects other things. It isn't shameful if what you can it, if your safe foods, are commonly thought of as junk food--like a candy or an ice cream. Eat what and when you can! You have permission!
