Number one: *Not An Apple Martini* made with Hendrick’s Gin and green cider vermouth. @willmeredith1 gives us the scoop: “We wanted to think of a classic Martini and all it entails, and create the ideal pairing for Hendrick’s Gin. We found the perfect marriage was to think GREEN! Literally speaking, we treat cucumbers and green apples as botanicals, but using cider to make our vermouth really provides that acidic pop.
