I haven't played much since the iPhone users started. However, in a casual conversation last week I found out my PhD rotation mentor is enlightened. I'm resistance. I promptly blew up every one of his portals I could find. Now we have nice conversations while working together on campus and war in game. I'm back at playing daily again.

Agent Desdemona here, AKA Agent SilentAlchemist, any RAs out there that have issues with suddenly dropping low ranked resonators so you can pick up higher leveled resonators? I've got access level 8 so I'm not super sure what's wrong with it... :/

Ingress Problems

Hacking a portal and you get this message... "Hack acquired no items"

I could totally level today if I got off my ass and drove into the city. Nobody ever fortifies the city portals because they are city portals. I could take over 20 and not even go through all my res's and bursters.

But I don't want to drive into the city and then walk around by myself. The struggle is real.

Ingress Chronicles

So, I've been having a battle for turf with some Resistance player who lives in the same area. Unfortunately he got to level4 before I did and took over most of the spots. He still couldn't bring down one of my pubs though, so I was doing my best to keep it charged at all times.

Anyway, I made an awkward attempt at attacking one of his portals, which totally didn't work with all the links he set up.

So he went ahead and used the ADA refactor to switch my last portal to blue.
