Taco Vega is OPEN for Biz! Mucho kudos to @jaredsimons_chef and the team at @tacovegala for making the best vegan burrito in all of LA. I had the California Burrito which is made with grilled oyster mushroom asada, French fries, vegan cheddar, guacamole, and salsa roja. The burrito didn’t even make it to my car bc it was SO GOOD. #inhaled There was a line around the block so order online via their website if you can. A little about Jared Simons - In addition to being the former culinary director at No Name which was just down the block from his current Taco Vega location at 456 N. Fairfax Ave., Jared is ranked one of the top 4 Healthiest Chefs in America and the most underrated chef in LA. You WANT to eat the food this guy makes.
