Injection Wells
"Brine water" is such a misleading term. Why not say they're putting poison back into the ground? That would be accurate. And if they're doing it in the same manner that they fracked the ground to begin with what's to stop this "brine" from seeping right back into the water table and poisoning us all? The earthquakes won't kill us as fast as the carcinogens do.
