I imagine that either the Fallout AU's version of Sammy Lawrence or Wally Franks are ghouls of some kind.
Sammy is actually a resident of a different Vault they explore later. He’s gone crazy from the experiments and worships Bendy as the Vault leader. Wally though, we haven’t decided yet, so it’s possible he could be a ghoul.

I wasn't sure if I could mark 'solid design' as I do appreciate it for how iconic it is but you specified my version, which is minimal change, so that might be strange to mark. But I did mark 'canon isn't real' in reference to actual canon canon though lol
