I made an #inkcage! And it's glorious! All I did was get a spring from a pen and cut it to the desired length, then I glued it onto the nib! Couple tips: - use a tight spring - measure the length by inserting nub into holder then placing spring on nib - make sure it covers the entire hole of the nub - you can dip or paint on the ink depending on what type of ink you're using - be careful not to let the spring touch the paper - carpenter's wood glue holds the spring in place while you're using it and it washes away cleanly with water - use q-tips to clean the nib and spring The Hunt 101 nib used in this video is going to become my new favorite nib! It was virtually unusable because it had such difficult ink flow!
