After the death of Fred, George could never bring himself to conjure another Patronus charm. the void his bother left had a hard impact on him and he decided to keep to himself.

one such incident happened with George while he was out with Angelina, His wife and Little Fred Jr. The ever tormented mind and soul of George and the presence of Angelina and Baby Fred Jr was almost like a feast for the dementors. Angelina did try hard to defend but was drained by the torments of the dementor attacks. In a desperate attempt to save his wife and kid, George tried once more, teary eyed, keeping the memory of him and his brother's prank on the exam hall against Umbridge. Pouring his heart and soul he erupted " EXPECTOO PATRONUMM".!!!!!!.
with an explosive outburst of energy, Fred pops out his wand, in his Gryffindor Quidditch uniform charging against the dementors swinging his Beater's bat. Tears of relief and joy flowed down George's cheek as he saw Fred, His brother defending him and his family, Aiding him as he always did back in the days.The dementors having no chance to approach them, retreated from their rogue attack. The patronus turns around facing the emotionally drained George and it felt as if he smirked like he used to before the charm dematerialised.
George hugs Angelina and Baby Fred Jr and smiles with relief and trace of happiness as he looks up the the sky and whispers " Thank You Brother!".
