Do you have an idea of what cons you’ll be attending next year? I have at least seven beastlies already and want to come give you fistfuls of cash for more.

Hello hello! Right now, I’m taking a break from cons. They’re such a great way to actually see and interact with people who like your work, but I was just getting kind of burned out (I’ve been doing conventions for 11 years!). So I figured I should take a year or two off so I don’t just start resenting the whole thing.  I’ll try to reset my brain to back when I used to fully appreciate them! Because it really IS nice seeing the same people who come by to say hello or add to the collection every year, and I’ve made some legit friends through conventions, too! (And also, the fistfuls of cash thing is good stuff.)

So anyway, I’ll probably do DesignerCon either this year or next, maybe.

Any cuttings left for the murder rose? Would it do well in Alaska? We have fluctuating weather in my part of the state with our summers tending to be warm to hot and humid.

That tattoo is adorable! As for the tattooing itself, mine was more of a burning or like someone was scratching my skin really hard. But it definitely was bearable (granted it was on my shoulder). I got bit by the skin art bug and now have at least five other tattoos planned, including two half-sleeves.

Wow that’s awesome. Yeah I have a bunch of small ones in mind that I eventually want to get as long as this first one goes well. And thank you!

A couple years ago, I was self-medicating through drinking. A lot. And even though my friends never said anything, I knew what they were thinking. So I'm definitely not going to judge you, and I am here if you want to talk about it. Or anything else.
