Inking test, SAI 2 Pencil vs. CSP Real G-Pen.
I was testing inking with 707, I only have that pen so I need to draw big or else it looks bad.

I pretty much left all my traditional art supplies in Perth so I went and bought a couple things today for Inktober. I plan to mostly do it digitally but I thought I should try and be true to the spirit too. I did a small test with the pens and to see the bleed of the paper, it holds up pretty well even with the copics. I am so ridiculously rusty though…
Massive headaches today from what people are telling me is the worst allergy season in years - I got the attention span of a five year old today - so I decided to randomly test a few things instead. I have been meaning to play around with pen settings in PS to making inking feel more natural. Created one to behave like a well-used marker which allows for soft hatching and it seems to work the best. I kind of like it ^_^
