Day 13, Lookit Minnow. Minnows make me think about fishing and I’m not a huge fishing fan. So in my brain this mermaid just got out a bad break up and is proving to herself she can be just fine on her own! "Sea Horses and Show ponies" I gotta be honest, today was filled with finishing up painting commissions, holding my best friends baby, and unexpected delightful date night with my husband. I was originally going to skip today. I forced myself to sit down and make. Some. Art. I wasn't particularly drawn to today's prompt, all I could think about was a little mer-girl with a pet seahorse. What came was a little Mer-girl asleep in the kelp, a sea horse mistaking her fin for the kelp and coral around her.
