Interesting too that this uniform was made BY sister before she even died. I'm sure this imagery was not lost on her. A kind of coping/preparation gone wrong, perhaps?

Z, tumblr is dying and I apologise for missing this.  This suggestion is really delightfully disturbing though - after all, we know Sister must have made his uniform when she was at the very end of her life (it’s his high school uniform, so...). Perhaps it was something on both their minds. Perhaps it was a bit of morbid humour between them. Perhaps it was - as you said, a bizarre way for her to prepare him for the inevitable.  Although, this got me thinking...  Do you think about the fact that Korekiyo’s uniform doesn’t seem to quite fit him? (I can’t tell if this is because the Sprite Artist Simply Can’t Draw Clothes, Though) It’s almost too bulky and saggy on him. Do... do you think he purposefully keeps his weight low so that he can emulate her body as best he remembers it?   nghhh christ...

I think about this all the time. Boiling alive certainly doesn't induce bloody tears, so.

Can you imagine Kodaka like. Humming and hawing over his execution, artfully putting in all the little details like the Hokusai Waves when he lands in the pot for his beautiful Aesthetic Boy™ ... and just. Mm. Something just. Wasn’t right, you know?  And then he snaps his fingers. He’s got it. He knows how to make him all that more ~ beautiful in death ~. he’s crying while he paints them on. His soul’s bleeding.  “AHHH yes, make the camera linger on those tears, make him look up at us, let them see my husband at the pinnacle of his artistic suffering.” ]

ALSO. Kodaka approaching his writing team: "Please write the FTEs for Shinguuji-kun. He's my #1 husband so please do them well." After getting back thoughtful and well-researched FTEs: "Ugh, this is not what I meant at all. He never mentions eating hearts even once. This sucks."

I’M HOWLING. 

HONESTLY.  YEAH... I keep thinking and thinking about Kodaka talking about wanting Kiyo to have ‘more creepy moments’ and I’m. I feel such intense fear as to what that means. The idea that Korekiyo is somehow censored is the most cursed sentence I’ve ever laid eyes on - and... whoever. Whoever it was who did those thoughtful, meaningful FTEs and laid the ground work for such a complex and interesting and thematically relevant character DID SO GOOD.... Shinguuji should get those divorce papers in and go hunt them down. They deserve one another.

I'm ON FIRE. Kodaka wants his husband Korekiyo Shinguuji to tuck him into bed, you're right. GOD.

Here’s the thing tho... that’s such an understandable power fantasy. Don’t you want to imagine those eagle eyes staring down at you, full of wonder and curiosity as he flips open some ancient tome and starts reading to you in that gentle voice? Those skeletal hands on your forehead, gently brushing your hair into place as he watches infinite expressions play across your face. The slight movement  of his cheekbones the only sign that his mouth is coiling into a mysterious smile.  But the power fantasy abruptly stops here for me, because that’s the exact moment he slips a knife into my throat.  BUT... See. Kodaka is safe from this, I’m onto him now. I get why Korekiyo kills only lady-friends now. It’s all so that Kodaka can live out his murdernoodle husbando fantasies in peace with the lovely  Mr Guuji.
