Ink is also very depended on his vials and it is basically the liquid form of the creative drive that the creators have. He finds his goals as the muse of creativity not only because he's genuinely kind of delusional and self centered, but also because he's afraid of him becoming irrelevant and basically being left to die and rot (if this makes sense). He canonically has severe abandonment issues and it shows lol
Oh yessss, I've read that about him! I find that to be so interesting, because really it is inevitable that eventually he WILL be forgotten. Even if it isn't in the next 50 years or so lol. Love that for him mwah /sarc
