I've been so hung up on self preservation and now I've ended up with too many pieces of my self. I don't know what to do with them neither do I have anyone to give them to. With all these heavy tear dampened parts I'm rotting.

You gave me goose bumps that first night your finger tips grazed my skin. The moon light filled the room as the night was filled with skin and lips. You made me feel new, I never thought I would watch you walk out my front door the day you said you didn’t want me anymore. Wasn’t i good enough for you? Now I know I was a girl with a heart filled with a dream that was never going to be reality. I realized you were never worth it in the first place and now you’re gone.
