Inner Chi
I didn't chant for like four days and I felt really bad about it. I told myself I was gonna do it everyday, at least twice a day, but my mind has really been in other places. I feel like the lack had became evident because my negative thoughts started coming harder & faster than they would when I'm in a content state. I just did it not too long ago and I feel a little better/relieved with all the shit that's going on or whatever. I know for me to be as happy and positive as my usual self I have to get back on track tho. I need to.
