Touché Turtle couldn't have felt more relaxed, more refreshed even

[Mise en scene: In conversation by a stream on a lazy sort of afterlunch between the legendary Touché Turtle and his somewhat lazy canine compadre, Dum-Dum] TOUCHÉ TURTLE, beaming with pride there: You know, Dum-Dum, that week I had in the Caribbean cleaning out as much my inner body as my shell is certainly working wonders ... I can't help but feel fresher and more rejuvenated! DUM-DUM, somewhat fascinated: So what exactly did this inner cleansing of yours entail, Touché? TOUCHÉ TURTLE: Basically, I was "coming out of my shell" on this rather fascinating island somewhere in the Caribbean not otherwise known to many outside of the turtle community ... against whose reefs formed an interesting backdrop for cleansing my inner body--otherwise concealed in my shell--of all sorts of peeling skin, muck, mold, parasites, all that gritty sort of stuff. And just using sea sponges to proceed with the cleaning ... no soap or detergents being used! Just the healing effects of sea water and nothing more ... except maybe for some romance with a couple of turtle gals who were themselves also into this internal cleansing exercise on that reef! Mutual aid more than anything, I have to say, Dum-Dum.... DUM-DUM, fascinated somewhat by Touché's experience: At least I'm glad to hear that you found a world of good there, Touché, after that deep cleansing in the reef! TOUCHÉ TURTLE: Glad you liked it, Dum-Dum!

TOUCHÉ TURTLE, thinking to himself as he cleanses his inner body with a sea sponge underwater somewhere in the Caribbean: Ohhhh ... what a feeling, just getting rid of all this filth and gunk that's been concealed inside my shell all this time ...

So we find Touché Turtle cleansing off his inner body (so to speak) somewhere in the Caribbean when the scene is as follows:

[Mise en scene: We find no less than Touché "himself" just offshore of the beach where such a ritual takes place, scrubbing himself with a genuine sea sponge to remove dead skin, itchiness, parasites and such for the sake of rejuvenation when--] SEXY FEMALE TURTLE, also there herself for the same reasons of cleansing the inner body: If you don't mind, uh-- TOUCHÉ TURTLE, and none other than: The name, I'll have you know, is Touché Turtle, superhero for hire. SEXY FEMALE TURTLE: If you don't mind, Touché, I'd be happy to scrub your back. TOUCHÉ TURTLE: It's alright by me. I could certainly use quite the cleaning, especially after so much time that the body has been inside my shell, and God-knows-what could be ensuing! [Whereupon Touché hands his scrubbing sponge to the female turtle, who, standing behind his back, proceeds to give such a thorough scrubbing, even as the tide comes in. And you can just sense how refreshing the whole feels on Touché, sensing the dead and decaying body skin coming off with the gentle pressure of a sea sponge and sea water; it just so happens that the whole feels rather ticklish psychologically. Afterwards, both turtles, in their nakedness, round out the while with a rinse-off dive into the reef such as does a turtle's inner body good, with much healing of any scabs, wounds, parasite bites or infections, &c., ensuing from the sheer feeling.]
