most of you don’t know this but i’m in law school, and i just saw a really good talk about someone who went to jail for a crime they didn’t commit, and i wanted to raise awareness that so many innocent people get put on trial and there are so many reasons why innocent ppl accept guilty pleas (like they’re scared or they’re being pressured or they think they have no chance of being found innocent). check out the innocence project:
