First off, hi! Your tumblr's quickly becoming one of my favorites :) ALSO. Have you read about Luongo's comments about Thomas letting that goal in last game? I kind of want to hear another fan's opinion on that since all of my friends out here don't really seem to care a ton (sob).

i saw lots of people on here talking about it, so naturally i had to go and take a look, and to be honest... i mean, it was a disrespectful comment, yeah, but enough to get angry over? not at all. to me, Luongo's comment was more about psyching himself up than putting Timmy down. the reason i say that is because Luongo's comment was not only disrespectful, but also entirely inaccurate. one only needs to look at goal tallies from this series to see that Timmy's done a better job of goal-keeping than Luongo. to me, that means that Luongo is maybe feeling a little less confident than he should be, and is trying to derive confidence from petty insults. (which is the last desperate attempt of a drowning man, i would know because i do it all the time.)

but again, this is professional hockey, and if we're going to cry over Luongo spilling our milk, we should try a different sport.

PS: oh my god your comment about me being one of your favorites is like the biggest compliment ever because ever since i started following you i've been in like reverence i mean dear god woman you have some fantastic opinions.
