Hail Anpu, great gatekeeper of the Duat.
Beautiful dog-faced god, indiscriminate judge to all.
He who dwells in the middle sky,
And rules over the western mountains.
Dua Yinepu, Who Cuts Through the Sky, Who Comes Forth from the Horizon, the High Heaven, the Lord of Lights
(I get cosmic vibes from Him, and His epithets made me think of a comet)
Mainly self indulgent for me but uuhhhhh
Inpu from that one mcrp I was obsessed with back in the day

Anpu (Anubis) Stimboard for the wonderful protector of the dead, weigher of the heart, and compassionate god as a digital offering!! (I'm pagan, big surprise)

Inpu 𓇋𓈖𓊪𓅱𓃣 ỉnpw
Inpu is the god of funerary rites and is a psychpomp (guide of souls to the afterlife). Inpu had different roles. He was a protector of graves from the First Dynasty, He was also an embalmer. Around the Middle Kingdom he was replaced by Osiris in his role as lord of the Underworld. He is well known as a guide to souls in the afterlife. He would weigh ones heart on a scale against the feather of truth to determine if they deserved the afterlife or to have their heart eaten by Ammit. Dua Inpu
Anubis [Hades Style]
Hades is one of my all time favourite games and Jen Zee is one of the most important idols for my personal art career. Hell, I was lured into making art by the beauty of Hades (as some of you might've noticed by my style)! Here is a character design I made based on the original Hades game and the Egyptian god Anubis (or Inpu)! I went my way to try and mimic the style of the original game while still having some of my own personal style with him! This was something I've wanted to do for the longest of time and I am very happy with the result :) Hades 2 has been such a blast I can't remember when I had so much fun <3!
