Character solidifying: 25, 26, 32.
What are their hobbies and interests?
Loki finds little joys in mundane, human-esque things such as playing video games, reading, etc, but his biggest hobby is gardening. Gods/spirits tend to have an inexplicable connection to nature which is quite different than the one we humans have. Loki is no exception. He grows a few flowers–roses are his staple–but generally he sticks to herbs (mint, cilantro, even lavender).
Apart from that, he likes cooking (and sometimes baking when the mood strikes him), adult coloring books, watching movies, people-watching, etc. He’s a simple guy.
What does your character’s home look like? Personal taste? Clothing? Hair? Appearance?
His home is quite large, actually. He selected it specifically for its aesthetic and its location, since it’s miles away from the nearest town, nestled comfortably in the woods. There’s a large ground floor, a finished basement, and a second story.
In general, he’s quite modern when it comes to tastes. Minimalism is quite nice, but generally he likes a pop or two of color to be implemented–blue, especially, because that’s his favorite color. He dresses formal-casual (button downs, nice jeans, v-neck sweaters, sometimes a leather jacket)–you will rarely, if ever, catch him in a graphic tee (because of their shape). Or a man bun, for that matter. His hair is so unruly (lion’s mane is the best way to describe it) because it’s thick and wavy, but he never, ever puts it up.
How does your character react to stress situations? Defensively? Aggressively? Evasively?
It depends on the stress situations. Usually, he is quite even and controlled (his specialty is remaining positive in dire circumstances), but there are moments when acute stress will get to him and generally he is a mixture of defensive and aggressive. Loki can be a very assertive fella, whether he means to or not, and in stressful times he is usually quite insistent on taking a leadership role. If something needs to be fixed, he will do what he can to fix it, especially if the situation is hurting those dear to him.
Now, if we’re talking the generic day to day “stresses” of being a King, then Loki shuts down and climbs on top of the fridge and refuses to come down even when Keir whips out the broom to hit him with it. (This has happened more than once). Loki has a mild form of ADHD and has troubles focusing some days and his response is usually to run off and do something else.
