The Manduca larva with the molt problem is doing great!

However...

A different larva has met it's end, I am not sure why. I was doing my daily check in and found him dead.

It is missing a leg so my best guess is some internal malformation.

I have preserved him in a glass jar of hand sanitizer.

one of my manduca larvae is acting strange, he is slow and uncoordinated. I am hoping he is just molting and not sick/dieing.

if he does meet an untimely demise I plan on preserving him in isopropyl alcohol (that's what Google said to use)

I really hope he doesn't die. I know it's a bit silly to be so attached to something with such a short lifespan... but I can't help it. They are just so little, and I am so full of love.

Question! Does anyone know any good websites/places to buy moths? Been getting interested in raising them, but a little stumped on where to start, since most that I find are just luna moths, which while pretty, aren't what I'm interested in raising.
