My ten goals for 2016
1. Learn to play guitar
2. Start designing my first video game
3. Lose like 10-15 pds of fat and turn that into muscle
4. Save $5000 for new car
5. Build a PC
6. Go back to school
7. Switch up my diet a bit
8. Be more outspoken and take more chances

10. Go out and enjoy myself more

Yo this a question for anyone thats ever been through something similar...
Actually I have a bit of story first....
So I wanna say this was like 5 maybe 6 years ago. My cousin was in hair school and she forever trying hook me up with somebody cause she know I’m always single. But any who, I get a random text from her saying isn't she cute and its picture attached. So I look and yeah she was better then cute she was beautiful. Smooth brown skin, pretty eyes, cute smile, and had bomb style so I’m like yeah give her my number I defiantly would like to know her more. Maybe like an hr later this random number hits me and low and behold its her. So we start talking, maybe a couple days later I asked if she wanted to go out to dinner when she didn't have class. Now this is where shit gets interesting, she told me she wasn't sure if she was ready to go out because her and ex had just broken up a week before. I’m thats cool you let me know when your ready I know how it is when you just stop dealing with someone so no pressure. About two weeks go by before she’s finally like ok I’m feeling a bit better about the situation and I would love to go out with you. I’m excited as fuck as this point cause she’s pretty much everything I’ve wanted in someone. Personality was on point,she was trying get her shit together, she drove, had a job, and was mad goofy. Perfect fit. At the time I was driving a Nissan Quest(for y'all don’t know cars its a big ass mini-van lol) so I let her know to look out for my bus, and I would be there in like 20mins. I get to her house, text her I’m outside and wait by my car. She steps outside looking beautiful as fuck, we hug she tell’s me she likes my fit and I compliment her of course, but then heres the twist. Another girl walks out the house, and comes over like OMG is this him, he’s cute girl. I blush a bit and then I’m like you ready and her and the friend go yeah. At this point I’m like what? My date goes is it ok if my friend comes, she was going bring her boyfriend but he stood us up and she staying over my house. Now in my head I’m screaming fuck no, why would you wait till I get here to make this a double date and then on top of that another nigga was going be coming with us! Did this nigga have gas money or something cause I would defiantly left him and her ass. But my dumb ass goes sure why not, I’m not going have you leave her. I’m heated I damn near wanna just leave but I’m not trying mess up a chance at maybe not being single anymore, but I’m pretty sure she can tell I’m mad. After we stop get gas and snack and such, we drive back around my area and got to Arundel Mills. I wanted to do something we all could enjoy so I suggest Dave and Busters, her eyes lit up and she got hella giddy so I knew I was doing something right. Yo let me tell you how a nigga spent well over $200 that included the dumb ass cards with the points so we could play hella games, dinner, and i knew the bartender so we got a couple drinks (I was 20 at the time) .Luckily her homegirl ran into somebody she knew so she ran off with that nigga and left me her alone. So everything was going great, she wasn’t into her phone the whole time we talked about everything from sports to video games, music and style it was just great, we even shared a couple kisses and held hands the rest of the time, well at least while we weren't trying kick each others ass in the games. So it was about that time and I didn't wanna get her home to late cause she had class in the morning. We couldn't get in touch with her friend and was just about to leave shorty cause she act like she didn't wanna answer her phone when we see her and the dude she was with come out the bathroom with dude she ran off with. My date shakes her head and starts spazzing on her friend, I’m low key laughing cause I know whats going on. So we leave and I’m enjoying the ride home, her and her friend still arguing but its cool I just had pretty much the best date of my life, I pull up and her friend gets out doesn't say a word to neither one of us and goes inside her house. We talk a bit more and wish each other good night and she kisses me on the cheek. “Text me when you get home she says” and walks to her door. I wait for her to get in and I make my way home. Feeling good about myself, feeling like my luck changed. Boy was I wrong. So another week of us talking goes by and I’m ready for another date. We had planned on going to DC to check out some museums and just spend the day there but when the day came for us to meet up again, I got no response. A couple more days go by and haven't talked to her at all so I’m kinda worried, then out of the blue she calls me crying and I’m like whats wrong you ok? Long story short she was crying cause she didn't know how to tell me that her ex wanted her back and they wind up having sex like 2 nights prior to us going on our second date. Man when I mean my heart broke I felt that bitch shatter like damn that shit was the worst I felt like the time I invested was for nothing, just for her ex to swoop in and fuck up everything. She apologized and said she had a good time and still wanted to be friends and me being me said sure. But you and me both know that nothing would come of that, she told me she was going back with her ex and wouldn't mind hanging out when she was free but I guess dude say my text and sent me a bunch of threats so I deleted her number and haven't heard from her since.....
So after all that I wanna ask y'all this whats the worst dat you’ve ever been on and would that one date shape you into the man/women you are today?
