Now THAT was spicy! Challenged myself to a 30K trail race today and had a great time...although everything started to give out with about 2 miles to go. Huge thanks to @insidetrail for putting on a great event. I will definitely be doing more. Congrats to Ron for the killer time, Rex for sucking it up and starting #ultrabeasttraining with me, Jenn for finishing the 10K and not getting lost. I call this one "descending ascents." A progressive descent with 3 increasingly longer climbs.
