Kazami is so adorable and precious in the new movie. He's an independent character this time while Furuya takes the back seat. Kazami's addiction to coffee is surprisingly cute. The bags under his eyes from monitoring the feed from Conan's bug. The one he asked another agent to plant without Furuya's consent but he was doing it for Furuya.
The way Furuya kept panicking over the bug still being operational was hilarious. 10/10. Also Kazami falling asleep despite drinking unhealthy Tim-Drake levels of coffee was so funny. I know for sure that Kazami was drawing parallels in his mind between Conan and Furuya the way our chibi tantei was demanding information and ordering him around. The major difference is that one of them is his boss — a very scary man and the other is a toddler, and still equally scary. How is that possible?!
Poor Kazami needs a vacation. And no coffee. And a date with Yoko.
