Checked out a new show from South Korea on Netflix called INSPECTOR KOO. It's airing 2 eps every week til the end of the first season. Fantastic! It's being described as similar to KILLING EVE (which I love). Def has elements but also the writers/producers made it very different. Lee Young-ae as the titular Koo (or Goo as it should be) is terrific playing an eccentric/quirky/weird ex-cop now insurance fraud inspector. Sort of Columbo-esque where you think she's a mess and dumb but is actually a genius. Kim Hye-Jun as Kei def has a great sense of whimsy/evilness to her. 2 eps in and loving it. - Side note. In the first ep, Koo pours some soju in a cup and then sticks a teabag in it. She says it makes the soju taste like whiskey! Korean pals...IS THIS A THING? If so, I want to try it. :) #InspectorKoo #InspectorGoo #SouthKoreanTelevision https://www.instagram.com/p/CV03WkLvkRr/?utm_medium=tumblr
