Yumtastic tofu prawn curry....inspired by Korean cuisine with an Indian touch courtesy of the lovely Hina Rizvi #step2recipe #200kcal #inspiredrecipes 1/2 the recommended portion of prawn and tofu ( or protein of your choice from book) 10 gms spring onions 70 gms tomato 1 small clove of garlic 1 miniscule piece of ginger Mild curry powder 1/2 tsp 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp 1:1 diet veg flavouring Marinate prawns in a pinch of veg flavouring, some black pepper, lemon juice for 1 hour. Frylight sprays 4_5 as needed. Fry ginger garlic followed by spring onion followed by prawns n tofu. Add all the spices, cover and cook. Can add some water if needed. When prawns are cooked add tomatoes, cook for a few minutes covered. When tomatoes r almost cooked...add more water to make a thin gravy, give it a boil and garnish with fresh coriander.
