ok so my phone just died but....
i basically emailed VIP nation saying that "we no longer getting what we payed for so there for it is only legally and morally right for them to give us some kind of compensation for the tickets.we do not want a refund because we still wish to meet the band but we still deserve some compensation because they broke a deal after it was already made."
i was trying to make it sound professional and stuff so hopefully we will get something positive back from them.
