To be fair I think it is a stretch. Narc just means she told on her. If Grimes didn't tell AZ none of this would be happening. Sure Azealia would have gone off but wouldn't have any real dirt/ ammo.
Let this be a lesson: don't tell your or your (high profile) boyfriends business to anyone, especially someone who goes off on other people. Even if they never betrayed you. The likelihood is historically higher than you think.
