EGG FAST DAY 1 MEAL 3 I almost didn’t eat this meal. 2 Instapot eggs topped with mayo and Tajin and some smoked cheddar cheese. ▫️ I packed these up to eat before our women’s life group but I was just not hungry. I wanted to eat them so I don’t even think about the good food and treats that are always available. ▫️ Rule is to have last egg at least 3 hours before bed. I did get a bit hungry after the meeting was over.
